Teaching Philosophy

My role as an educator is to guide learning and encourage active engagement in the learning process. I strive to use creative teaching strategies that prepare learners for clinical practice. I believe that all students enrolled in our programs have valuable life experiences that should be part of classroom discussions. Diversity, inclusion, and equity are valued. Professionalism, lifelong learning, and clinical competency are vital skills for our graduates.
