    A practical skills course focusing on the pre-trial litigation process from initial client interviews up to trial and/or settlement

    This is a skills course designed to prepare a young lawyer in the art of taking and defending depositions

  • Honors 3700 - Truth, Deception & Information Disorder
    This Honors College Praxis Lab critically examines how fake News, misinformation and disinformation campaigns, hyperbole and the general war on truth is threatening our very democracy.
  • LAW 3609 - Lawsuits and Litigation
    This is a course in the Masters of Legal Studies degree program and introduces the role of civil lawsuits in society, with a particular emphasis on how the U.S. state and federal courts affect businesses, individuals and government.
  • Law 7940-001 - Judicial Process
    This course explores the judicial process as a complex system comprised of many interdependent components and players. The course complements a judicial clinic taken contemporaneously with the course.
