Research Summary

Dr. Lindsey Gibson's research focuses on the impact of workplace incivility in higher education. Prior research has not investigated the higher education arena nor has the relationship between faculty and students been explored in depth. Her current project is a quantitative investigation of business professors across the globe and the impact of student incivility on job related outcomes. Preliminary analysis is providing a perspective into the demographics and effects of incivility.
