  • I facilitated the livestreaming of an event featuring Petra Kuppers based around disability and the arts. The livestream incorporated a Picture-in-Picture video of a live ASL interpreter that was streamed throughout the event.   • For the Fall 2022 Graduate Concert several grad students implemented advanced projection into their work.   • UBSI Video Producer. Over the summer I produced videos for the Utah Ballet Summer Intensive program lead by Maggie Tesch. This usually entails attending and filming classes and performances as well as interviewing students and teachers who are a part of the program.   • On 9/27/21 the College of Fine Arts held a celebration event commemorating the 30th Anniversary of the building of the Marriott Center for Dance and the contributions made from the Marriott family. Many members of the Marriott family were in attendance. I served as the A/V technician for the event which had video projection and amplification. I was also paid to produce a documentary on the Marriott family and it's history regarding the funding of our building which will be listed in the Entrepreneurial Experience section of the FAR.   • Department Wide Technical Assistance with Classroom Technology - Zoom Setup for coursework. When COVID hit I outfitted each of our studios for remote learning with wired internet computers connected to TV's in all six studio in the MCD. I also for the next year assisted almost daily in setting up our theater as an overflow classroom space that could be used to facilitate the needs of our students and teachers.   • Development and Direction for all livestream performances for the School of Dance main stage shows. Since Fall 2020 The School of Dance has livestreamed it's mainstage performances to a worldwide audience. As of February of 2023 the livestreams have amassed over 30,000 views that have been viewed in over 32 countries. It serves as a great recruitment tool on top of allowing more people to experience the art we create here at the School of Dance. I developed the livestreams and have directed every single individual livestream personally with the exception of one.   • On 11/13/19 I filmed and archived a panel discussion hosted by the Dance Studies Working Group and arranged by Kate Mattingly with guest Jennifer Archibald who discussed her experiences as an African American Dancer in the United States.   • In the year 2019 I researched and developed a system in which the School of Dance could come in line with current national copyright best practices. Over the summer I researched copyright law in regards to music and stage performance. This research led to me developing an informational packet geared towards educating our students and faculty about the nuances and importance of music copyright and licensing.   • Video Production of Promotional Material for the School of Dance. Every year I produce several promotional/documentary style videos for our main stage performances designed to encourage attendance to live shows and livestreams as well as encourage interest in the School of Dance through recruitment.   • Equipment Management. In the A/V room we provide audio and video equipment to our students and faculty. Part of my job is to oversee and manage this equipment and use a check-in check-out process to allow people to use equipment as needed. This job includes inventory and cataloguing, filing contracts and logs, maintenance of equipment, and purchasing decisions to keep equipment up to date. Some recent investments that I oversaw were the replacement of audio equipment in our studios that brought Bluetooth connectivity to each studio, an upgrade to Screendance camera equipment to better support modern trends in filmmaking and purchase of a wireless video transmission system that will open the door to new and creative video implementation to our stage performances.   • Video Documentation, Editing and Archiving of all main stage performances for the School of Dance. This work includes managing a number of videographers. This has shifted from filming the shows and archiving them to now streaming our live performances and archiving them. The videos are made available for students and faculty to use in audition reel material. I handle the order and processing of material to be given to students and faculty and maintain all of the video archives for the department.   • Audio Mixing and Mastering for every main stage show held at the Marriott Center for Dance for the School of Dance since 2016. This process includes collaborating with choreographers to create, mix and master audio tracks for their performances.The choreographers range from student choreographers, to faculty, to industry professionals invited to the school as guest artists. The number of mixed and mastered tracks is beyond count at this point and is a major staple of the services I provide the School.   • In the Spring of 2019 I was involved with an initiative push for Graduate Studies Recruitment. I produced a 30 second stinger promo as well as 2 Documentary Style videos.
