Research Summary

We are generally interested in building teams interested in developing and designing therapies for human diseases. We are specifically interested in the design and synthesis of small molecules having interesting and important biological properties. Included are natural and non-natural products including polycyclic ethers that interact with transmembrane proteins, unique peptides as anti-angiogenesis and anticancer agents, and nanoparticle drug delivery.
