Biography

M. RAHEEL BHUTTA received the B.Eng. degree in computer engineering from the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2003, and the M.Eng. degree in VLSI system design from Griffith University, Australia, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Cogno-Mechatronics Engineering, Pusan National University, South Korea, in 2017. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of UTAH Asia Campus, Incheon South Korea. Before that he has served at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea, for about 4 and half years from March 2018 ~ June 2022. He is currently working on a lie detection system using neuronal and physiological signals, funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea. His research interests include embedded system design, classification and pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, machine learning, multimodal neuroimaging, and brain-computer interfaces.
