Biography

Rebecca is a board-certified, doctorally prepared, advanced practice clinician with a background in emergency medicine and cardiology. She obtained an undergraduate degree from Boston University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then earned a second undergraduate degree from South College, where she was valedictorian and class president, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Ultimately, her passion for patient care and medicine motivated her to return to school to become a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Primary Care while obtaining a Global Health Certificate, becoming an Area Health Education Center scholar, and earning a membership in the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. While she is from Connecticut and has lived in Alaska, Tennessee, and Montana, she moved to Utah in 2016 and considers it home. When Rebecca is not in the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains backcountry skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, canyoneering, packrafting, and backpacking.
