Patient/Client Satisfaction
- While teaching a running speed work fitness class for PEAK fall 2014 semester, one of my participants lost over 25ibs and served as a real inspiration to everyone around. Below is an excerpt from a thank you email that was sent.
"...please accept my sincere gratitude for a great semester. Both my PEAK classes, and yours in particular, have been a great way to help me get active on weekdays and increase my overall wellness. Your ability to motivate your participants and encourage us to dig in has enabled me to surprise myself with what I can do if I continually push myself harder. These days I feel as though each time I lace up my running sneakers, I can do a little more than I did the day before. I’m looking forward to finding new ways to challenge myself and I appreciate the role you played in helping me get where I am."
