Research Summary

Dr. Wu is a pediatric and clinical child psychologist. The overall goal of her research is to improve children’s health outcomes by promoting self-management and disease management. In particular, Dr. Wu is interested in improving adherence to preventive behavior recommendations among children at-risk for melanoma, and designing and testing ways to communicate about risk for health conditions such as melanoma to children and their families.
