Biography

Dr. Jordan is an Associate Professor and an Associate Chair in the Department of Nutrition & Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah. She completed her PhD in nutritional sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Jordan is the author of 32 peer-reviewed publications in the areas of pediatric nutrition, dietary assessment, and community-based nutrition education programs.
