Tim regularly counsels clients regarding the procurement and licensing of their intellectual property, and guides them through the intricate nuances of online marketplaces to better manage, protect, and extract revenue from their intellectual property portfolio.
His clients include companies and inventors across a wide range of industries such as cardiovascular medical devices, prosthetic and orthopedic devices, drilling equipment, precision machining systems, software, LED devices, body armor, security seals, outdoor furniture, jewelry, apparel, and other consumer products.
Prior to joining Workman in 2010, Tim was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Dee V. Benson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and an environmental engineer.
