Biography
Noreen Farley joined the S.J. Quinney College of Law in January 2023. She received a B.A. from the University of Utah in 2008 and a J.D. from the University of Utah in 2019. Prior to joining the library faculty, she practiced as an attorney in Utah and Oregon, and clerked for Judge David Nuffer in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. She is a member of the Utah State Bar.
