Courses I Teach

  • BUS 1051 - Foundations of Business Thought.
    A course exploring the philosophical, literary, and social foundations of commerce through eclectic readings selected from around the world and throughout history. A required course for students of business.
  • STRAT 3410 - Business Law.
    A survey of American law as it pertains to the world of commercial activity with special focus on civil litigation, tort and negligence law, contracts, property, regulation, and corporations. A required course for business students.
  • STRAT 3450 - Intellectual Property.
    A course focused on Copyrights, Trademarks, and Patents, designed to give the student of business a working knowledge of the various powers, limitations, and pitfalls of intangible assets in America.
