Research Summary

I do research in algebraic geometry, which is the study of shapes defined my polynomial equations. My recent projects have focused on K-stabililty, Fano varieties, birational geometry, and moduli.

Biography

I received a BA in mathematics at Swarthmore College in 2012. After undergrad, I began a PhD in mathematics at the University of Michigan, which was completed in 2018 under the supervision of Mircea Mustata. I was then an NSF Postdoc at the University of Utah from 2018 to 2020 and Stony Brook University from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, I returned to the University of Utah as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics.
