Research Statement
My research interests lie broadly in the areas of accessibility and affordability of health care and prescription drugs, with an emphasis on patient-oriented outcomes.
I am specifically interested in the deremantints and outcomes of prescription drug nonadherence. I also hope to develop new cross diciplinary methodology to better measure prescription nonadherence, including behavioral, societal, cultural, and chemical factors. I also hope to expand upon the social determinants of health and specific determinants of nonadherence to investigate potential behaviorall, health, and policy interventions to improve adherence and subsequent patient health and financial outcomes.
