Research Summary
The broad scope of my research program is to understand the interactions between mechanics and cardiovascular disease, with a focus on translating efforts and establishing disruptive technologies that advance patient management. The two broad objectives of my research are 1) to advance the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disease in the clinical setting and 2) to understand how mechanics drive the structure, function, and remodeling of vascular tissues.
