Research Summary
The major focus of my research is to promote intergroup understanding in organizations, institutions, and society at large. My research seeks to answer questions about perceiving and supporting diversity. I have focused predominantly on the study of marginalized identities with respect to race and culture, with more recent foci on gender and sexual orientation.
