Experimental and computational fluid dynamics with application to biomechanics, biophysics, and microrobots.

Biography

I received my bachelor’s degree in Naval architect and Marine engineering from Amirkabir University of technology, and my master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran.  My master’s work included research in the underwater acoustics, noise sources, and wave propagation. I received my Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah in May 2018 for dissertation work on complex and microscale fluid mechanics. I then continued my research field in biological mechanics and fluid dynamics as a postdoctoral research associate in the University of Utah from 2018-present.
