Chris Zajchowski is a Ph.D. candidate in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism at the University of Utah. His interdisciplinary research explores how human-environment interactions occur within parks and protected areas, particularly those which experience variable air quality. Additional interests include airshed policy and management, risk perceptions and decision-making in outdoor recreation, methodological developments that address bias in leisure research, and ecological approaches to health.
