BIO
Breda O’Keeffe, Ph.D. (she/her/hers), is an Associate Professor, the Program Area Coordinator for the Mild/Moderate Disabilities Program, the Associate Chair in the Department of Special Education, and a Utah Education Policy Center Faculty Research Associate at the University of Utah. She completed her doctoral degree at Utah State University (OSEP funded) and an IES postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Connecticut.
