Research Summary

My research has included examining the link between patterns of physical activity behavior and sport participation with physical and mental health outcomes in young person populations, and examining the effectiveness of physical activity interventions. I am an Associate Editor for the journals Preventive Medicine and Perceptual and Motor Skills. I am also on the Editorial Boards for several journals including Annals of Behavioral Medicine and Journal of Physical Activity and Health.
