Biography

Shawn Ferrin is a shareholder in, and former chair of, the Real Estate, Banking and Finance department at Parsons Behle & Latimer. He focuses his practice on real property transactions, with an emphasis on retail, resort and community development, including entitlements and public financing. Shawn has handled acquisition, lease, development and financing transactions throughout the Vy'est for numerous clients, including Home Depot, American Skiing Company and Micron Technology, Inc. Shawn is a frequent lecturer on Utah real property issues, with a particular focus on title and title insurance claims, and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance.
