Research Summary

My research work focuses on environmental fluid dynamics. My research group seeks to improve the understanding of the physical processes that govern land-atmosphere interactions and transport processes in the atmospheric boundary layer. Specifically, I am interested in how natural and man-made land use determines the fluxes of momentum, temperature and water vapor and how turbulence impacts the life cycle of plants and other organisms that live on the earth’s surface.
