Highly motivated students interested in pursuing M.S. and Ph.D. in nuclear-related fields are encouraged to apply. Dr. Cazalas is developing a laboratory and research group with strong proficiency to conduct impactful training and research leveraging the computational (HPCS) and experimental resources (TRIGA research reactor and nanofabrication laboratory) at the University of Utah. Research areas include Radiation Detection, Nuclear Security, Radiation Effects, Electronics, and Dosimetry.
