  • Ph.D. , Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Utah. Project: Investigation of sputtered iridium oxide as a stimulating/sensing material for neural prostheses.

My research interests include biomaterials and design, fabrication and testing of Bio-MEMS devices.

Biography

 

Sandeep Negi did his MTech from Indian Institue of Techonlogy (IIT), Delhi, India, in 2000 and  his Ph.D. degree from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA, 2009, 

Since 2001-2005 he worked in Singapore and Canada in IC and MEMS industry and research center. From 2006 to 2009 he was Research Assistant in Electrical and Computer Engineering department of University of Utah. From 2009 to 2012 he worked with biomedecial comapny in Salt Lake City. Since 2012 he has been a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

His current research interests include biomaterials and design, fabrication and testing of Bio-MEMS devices.
