Research Statement

Kent Stewart Udell's research interests are in the general areas of multiphase heat and mass transfer in porous media, soil and groundwater clean-up and restoration, sustainable energy production and use, microscale heat transfer and fluid flow, and engineering ethics. His research involves mathematical modeling, laboratory experimentation, and field-scale demonstations of environmental restoration and energy production technologies.
