Teaching Philosophy

Learning is a shared experience. I believe that students want to learn and to succeed. My role as an instructor is to help students build upon their existing foundation of knoweldge to grow and develop professionally. I strive to help my students gain a desire for life long learning. As much as possible I engage my students in learning applied to real life situations.
