Dr. David Bokovoy holds a Ph.D in Hebrew Bible and the Ancient Near East from Brandeis University, an M.A. from Brandeis in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies, and a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University. In addition to his academic focus in Bible and the Ancient Near East, David engages in Mormon Studies and is a former LDS Chaplain at Harvard University.  He has published articles in a variety of academic venues including the Journal of Biblical LiteratureVetus Testamentum, and Studies in the Bible and Antiquity. David is the father of four children and is married to the former Carolyn Bird.
