Prof Fang focuses his research on applied science with realistic practical applications. His expertis is primarily in the area of metal powder synthesis, sintering, microstructure, and mechancial properties of metal alloys made from metal powders. He further orient his research toward energy materials that are used for either energy efficiency, or energy storage, or energy production.
