Biography

Aaron Dewald is Quimbee’s senior vice president of product. He’s responsible for the product, instructional design, and research activities at Quimbee.  Aaron leads the design and development of Quimbee’s product platform; is responsible for ensuring that the instructional design of all Quimbee’s instructional videos reflect the latest advances in legal education and learning science; and also conducts experimental research on our platform and content using feedback and data from Quimbee’s 80,000+ users.

Aaron holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Utah College of Education. Aaron’s primary focus of study was examining how to facilitate better comprehension through problem context in instructional videos. With the fast evolution of web-based teaching and learning, Aaron feels that education and training institutions will need to analyze ways to create or select valid materials that are used in web-based learning scenarios.
