As the sports dietitian for the University of Utah athletic department I and oversee the sports nutrition programming for all athletes. I am also an adjunct faculty member for the Division of Nutrition.

Biography

Beth is a Registered/Certified dietitian with her Masters of Science degree in nutrition from the University of Utah and her Bachelors of Science degree in exercise science from Northeastern University in Boston. She has worked in the health and wellness field for over 20 years in wellness facilities around the United States, as well as, England and Australia. Beth is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, as well as, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She currently works as the sports dietitian for the University of Utah Athletic Department, overseeing 17 sports. Beth has also been an adjunct faculty member in the Division of Nutrition for over 11 years. She was awarded the Outstanding Alumni award by the Division of Nutrition in the spring of 2011.
