  • Managed the NSF Mentor program, which develops teaching modules for K-12 teachers and sends our undergraduate students into high schools to promote engineering and the University of Utah. 06/2010 - present
  • Constructed several portable pedagogical apparatuses which are able to be taken to K-12 classes to demonstrate concepts of chemical engineering, or used during outreach events. 06/2010 - present
  • Explore Engineering summer camp. Each year we conduct a day of engineering activities for a group of students in this camp. Last year it was the Chemical Engineering department’s turn to manage this camp. My outreach team organized the three-day camp for approximately 45 high school students, and developed a full day interdisciplinary project for the students. 06/2010 - present
