Research Summary

Nicole works with many athletes, coaches, and teams with the purpose of performance enhancement through mental skills training. She runs the applied sport psychology program for the graduate students in the Psychosocial Aspects of Sport emphasis.

Biography

Nicole received her undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in Psychology and Sports Science. She was also a three sport athlete there (basketball, indoor track and field, outdoor track and field).  Her master's degree is in Sport Psychology from Ithaca College and her doctorate is in Psychosocial Aspects of Sport from the University of Utah.  She also completed an internship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
