Biography

Giuliana Marple is an Associate Instructor and Lecturer of Italian. She received a Master in Foreign Language Teaching from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young Universtiy.  She directs and organizes study abroad programs in Italy and Europe. Giuliana has worked for two Olympic Commitees in Salt Lake City and Turin, Italy.  She is the founder of several cultural organizations, including Frontier Education and the Italian Club of Salt Lake.  She lectures on Italian Culture and Society all over Utah and California. She collaborates with the SLC mayor's office and the Italian Consulate in SLC for Italian cultural exchanges. She is currently  the director of the Italian Language Learning Abroad program at the University of Utah.
