Received a B.A. from University of Utah in 2001J.D from California Western School of Law in 2005Law Clerk to Judge Monroe G. McKay of United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit 2005-2006Assistant United States Attorney (2006-present). During my time as a federal prosecutor, I have acted as lead counsel on numerous trials involving different types of drug and violent crimes. I have also handled other types of criminal cases including: immigration, fraud, perjury as well as appeals to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
