Beginning in June 2011 I began negotiations with Artspace to lease a residential and studio space. I worked with Artspace Director Jessica Norti to provide the necessary information to allow these short-term leases and create a long-term relationship that hopefully will carry over for future Warnock artist in residence housing and studio space. I had numerous meetings with the property manager Joanna Kerr and Jessica Norti to create and finalize contracts that were forwarded and amended by University Council processed by University Purchasing a series of actions that took from September to December 2011. Performed all correspondence and final negotiation with Bowers for the final agreement. I sent out a call for applications to all students within the college to apply for the Andrea Bowers course, created applications, posters, and with committee member Brian Snapp made the final class roster of twenty-three students. Worked with Sara Pickett to create Press Releases announcing the residency.
