Biography

Cory D. Sinclair graduated Order of the Coif from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2006.  Prior to law school, Cory earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Utah, where he specialized in antitrust economics, industrial organization, labor economics, and sports economics. 

Cory is now a Shareholder at the Parsons Behle & Latimer, where he focuses his practice on antitrust counseling and litigation, damages-related issues, class action defense, and complex commercial litigation.  In 2005, Cory was a Summer Associate with the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice where he assisted in antitrust investigations and reviewed proposed mergers.  Cory has also worked for a national litigation and damage consulting firm where he served as both a consulting and testifying expert on antitrust and damages-related issues.

Cory is an also an adjunct faculty member with the Department of Economics, where he teaches law and economics to both graduate and undergraduate students.  He is an active member of the Utah State Bar, including serving as President of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section of the bar.
