  • Witness, Utah State House of Representatives Revenue and Taxation Standing Committee, February 15, 2011. Spoke on House Bill 112, "Severance Tax Code Revisions," introduced by Rep. Brian King. 02/15/2011 - 02/15/2011
  • Utah Rivers Council. Provided guidance on economic models of water use and pricing in the context of water conservation and the removal of the property tax subsidy to water in Utah. In 2012, analyzed the proposed Lake Powell pipeline ("LPP"). In 2013, wrote a financial analysis of the LPP for Kane County. In 2015, wrote a financial analysis of the LPP for Washington County. Also testified to the legislature & the Division of Water Resources, and spoke to journalists and interested members of the public from St. George. Various activities in 2016 to 2018. In 2019, wrote a report analyzing the financial implications of the proposed Bear River Development. 01/2010 - 12/2020
