Small Group Teaching

  • Conducted the Saxophone Ensemble and a variety of small ensembles (e.g., quartets, trios, duets) again last year for the third straight year. I organized and arranged music for the group a well.   02/01/2019  -  05/01/2019
  • I've worked with numerous small groups, including woodwind quintets that don't include saxophones. I have give woodwind sectional clinics and saxophone section clinics throughout the year. In addition, it is not uncommon for me to give several private lessons to non-saxophone majors each year. They ask me for a lesson or lessons for various reasons, and I work with them. I have done this for years. I've worked with string players, brass players, woodwind players, and pianists. I don't keep track of who or when; I just do it AS I DO WITH MANY THINGS. I'm not a self-promoter in any sense of the word, nor will I ever be.   01/01/2019  -  present
