Worked with the University of International Business and Economics on NASPAA accreditation. Working to bring a cohort of undergraduate students from China universities to the Univ. of Utah for four non-credit courses in public administration in Summer 2017.

  • United Arab Emirates
    Coordinate partnership with Zayed University's Executive Master of Public Administration program, in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Salt Lake City. Taught 9 courses in the program, partly on site, partly by web, partly by Blackboard Collaborate, 2008-2016.
