Research Summary
My research interests focus on the experiences of youth athletes as well as sport spectators. I'm particularly interested in the factors that drive (dis)satisfaction. I'm also interested in loyalty in sport (from participant, parent, coach, and spectator perspectives), word-of-mouth, and sense of community sport.
