Research Summary

My research is aimed at creating healthy, meaningful places that sustain ecological and cultural diversity through the medium of design. I work across scales, geographies and various disciplines. Human-nature relations that support mutual health and flourishing are central themes. More recently my research explores the relationship between mindfulness-based practices for mental well-being (e.g. MBCT) and the spaces these practices are situated within.
