Research
Research Summary
Dr. Lina Svedin’s research examines critical governing functions under adverse circumstances. Crises – whether caused by nature or human actions – presents management challenges for elected officials, public servants, and governing institutions as wholes. Lina particularly focuses on ethical decision-making and actions, accountability, and organizational cooperation in crises, in an effort to strengthen public policy and support collaboration and trust in governing institutions.
