Biography

Ms. Reynolds recently started a position working as an associate attorney in Holland & Hart’s Environmental and Natural Resources practice group. Before joining Holland & Hart, Ms. Reynolds worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Natural Resources Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office. In that capacity, Ms. Reynolds represented various Divisions within the Department of Natural Resources. During her last two years in the Attorney General’s Office, she represented the Utah State Engineer as he conducted general adjudications of water rights throughout the state. Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Utah State Bar’s Energy, Natural Resources & Environmental Law Section, as well as Women Lawyers of Utah, and the Young Lawyers Division.


Originally from Park City, Utah, Ms. Reynolds obtained her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah. She then went on to attend the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she received a Certificate of Environmental and Natural Resources Law. During law school, Ms. Reynolds participated in the Pace Environmental Moot Court competition, where her team’s brief won best brief for the environmental party. Ms. Reynolds now brings her knowledge of the competition to her position as an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the 2019-2020 team.
