Biography

 

Flannery received a Ph.D. in management and organizations at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and earned M.S. and A.B. and M.S. degrees in Psychology from Tulane University and Binghamton University, respectively. Flannery’s research focuses on the sources and consequences of inequality in organizations at both a micro and macro level. Her research has been published in Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. Flannery joined the faculty in the Management Department in 2011, and is excited to be a part of the Eccles School of Business community.
