Barry Erickson is a CPA and a retired partner of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. At Deloitte he was the Partner In-charge of Accounting & Auditing Services and the Professional Development Director in the Salt Lake City office. He also served as an instructor and leader at numerous national meetings and seminars. He has served in the leadership of numerous organizations, including the Utah Association of CPAs, Legal Aid Society, Mountain West Venture Group, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Senior Expo, and Oakridge Country Club. He is also an active church and community leader. Barry has been an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) at the University of Utah since January 2000. He teaches Advanced Accounting, which includes business combinations, consolidated financial staements, foreign currency transactions and governmental accounting. He also teaches Auditing and Assurance Services.
