Biography
I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I received a BA from Northwestern University in 1972 with a major in English literature. After exploring the world for four years, I returned to school and received an MBA from New York University in 1978. I worked in various accounting and finance positions in the oil industry for fifteen years. In 1993, I came to the University of Utah to begin the PhD program in Accounting. I have been at the University of Utah since then and currently teach full-time as an Assistant Professor Lecturer.
